We believe education breeds confidence — which is why our goal is to provide you with as much of it as possible, so you can stop stressing, take back the day, and actually enjoy your parenting journey.
We’re your go-to for when the pediatrician didn’t explain it, your friends gave five different opinions, and Google just made you panic. Created by real specialists (who are also real parents!), it’s the place for honest, helpful advice that actually makes sense.
When I became a first-time parent, I had the books, the courses, and even a specialized background working with babies and toddlers full-time. I should've felt prepared.
After a rough start to motherhood (shoutout to all the first-time moms who got totally dismissed by their pediatricians 🙃), I realized something big: Even with my background as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Feeding Specialist, I still didn’t have the support I needed.
No one told me how to navigate body tension while nursing. No one explained what to do when my baby wouldn’t latch or how to navigate formula options. And don’t even get me started on the outdated milestone and feeding advice I got.
Hey, I’m Jordyn —
That's when I realized: it shouldn't be this hard to find good, trustworthy information about your baby's development. Parents deserve real support — not a million conflicting opinions or one-size-fits-all advice from people who don't actually specialize in this stuff.
I took everything I did know (and everything I wished I'd known!) and created Eat Play Say — a place where parents can finally get real, straightforward answers from actual early childhood development experts.
It started in 2021 with a focus on speech and feeding, but by 2024, I knew that wasn't enough.
So, I built a team of pediatric pros — OT, PT, dietitian, lactation, and more — to help expand our nap-trapped-friendly resources and support every part of your child's development.

It’s the support I wish I had — and now, I get to give it to you. You can do this. We’re here to help. And we’re just getting started.
We break down complex early childhood development topics into clear steps you can really follow and understand, because we want to empower you, not confuse you.
When you purchase any of our handbooks or guides, they’re yours forever with no membership fees or expiration dates — just lifetime access (and free updates!).
Mobile-friendly guides you can read during naptime, not 4-hour video courses you have to book a babysitter to make time for (that end up just collecting dust in your “downloads” folder, because who has time for that?).
Everyone on the Eat Play Say team is a parent, just like you, so when we tell you we understand the chaos of real life, we’re not kidding. We’d never give a recommendation or resource that’s unrealistic for a parent to actually implement.
Because finding reliable parenting information shouldn't be harder than getting your toddler to eat something other than berries. (So, so many berries. 🙄)
