Here are our favorite wholesome snacks made with real ingredients!

No dyes. No gluten. No soy. No refined sugars. No artificial or natural flavors. No seed oils.

Yes, this list was just as hard to put together as you’d imagine! Take a look!

  1. That’s It Fruit Bars: Made with ONLY fruit- just two ingredients- these bars are great to have on hand. For new chewers, offer small pieces for them to pinch and chew. The Mango Apple flavor is the squishiest!

  2. Raw Generation Nutty Bars: These organic bars are sweetened with dates and only contain nuts, nut butters and seeds! A little thicker in texture, so offer to toddlers who can chew well and enjoy yourself!

  3. Skout Organic Bars - Variety Pack: These are a staple in my home! 7 ingredients or less, gluten free, vegan, and sweetened with dates, these organic bars are soft, yummy and packed with nutrients. Code “JORDYN” saves 20%

  5. LARABARS: These bars contain no added sugar and are sweetened with fruits! Their texture is a little thicker and harder, so I recommend for older toddlers and experienced chewers. As an adult, these are always in my bag!

  6. Wegman’s Fruit & Nut Bars: If you have a Wegman’s near you, these are GOLD! They are just like Larabars but are organic and are less expensive. WIN.

  7. Dino Bars: These bars are gluten-free and vegan with no added sugar. They are wrapped in a paper-like texture that’s made of potato starch and olive oil to keep all the soft ingredients together. These organic bars are great for toddlers!

  1. Once Upon a Farm Pouches: These organic ingredient pouches have no added sugars, and only a few ingredients. They have great variety for those with allergies, as well!

  2. Golden Farms Fruit Sauces: These organic pouches contain only ONE ingredient- whatever fruit flavor you pick! Great for introducing foods for the first time and taking on the go for a sweet snack with no added sugars.

  3. Serenity Kids Grain-Free Puffs: These organic puffs are savory! Hitting harder on the vegetables, these puffs contain only natural ingredients, are made with cassava flour and are free of major allergens.

  4. Amara Smoothie Melts: You’ll eat an entire bag in one sitting. Made with coconut milk they are dairy free and gluten free too. They melt in baby’s mouth, so great for new chewers and new pinchers too!

  5. Whole Foods Organic Applesauce Pouches: If you’re looking for an unsweetened organic applesauce- this one is my pick!

  6. Serenity Kids Pouches: With a focus on protein and vegetables that pack a great nutrient punch, these pouches are great. If you want to introduce foods like chicken, beef, and fish in a puree texture- these are a great option!

  7. Momcozy Pouch Holder: Pouches are so convenient until they end up all over your car, carpet, or baby because they squeezed it! These pouch holders make the pouch like a straw cup, they just hold the handles and drink!

  8. Mission Mighty Me Nutty Puffs: A great way to introduce nut allergens to your baby and then continue eating as a snack in toddlerhood! Made with organic ingredients and over 50% nuts, these are meltable and great to have on hand.

  9. Cerebelly Pouches: Organic and recipients of the Clean Label Project’s Purity Award, these pouches are filled with fruits, vegetables, and brain-supporting ingredients like fish oils.

  10. Haakaa Silicone Pouches: Make your own pouches! Get out that blender and make your own concoction- then fill up these pouches and pop in the fridge or even the freezer! You can mix with breastmilk or formula, too, if you’d like!

  1. Whole Foods EVOO Popcorn: Made with organic olive oil, this popcorn is free of seed oils and super yummy!

  2. Siete Chips: Tortilla chips without seed oils- made with avocado oil. This company takes its ingredients very seriously, and we love that. The Nacho flavor is dairy free, as well! They make potato chips, too.

  3. Mary’s Gone Crackers: These everything crackers pack a CRUNCH! Organic and made from seeds, the ingredients pass the test! Please supervise if offering to your older toddlers as these are very hard!

  4. Parmesan Whisps: If you want a cheese cracker without any of the filling, it’s these! You only need to eat a few- they are dense and you guessed it, made of all cheese (dairy and a little salt!)

  5. Gimme Seaweed Snacks: These are a guilty pleasure of mine! Made with avocado oil, these seaweed snacks melt in the mouth! Offer to baby once they can chew, and this may be the snack that helps get your little one to eat things that are green!

  6. Boulder Chips: Potato chips made with avocado oil! I love the ridges- great for dipping in guac!

  7. Good Health Chips: Another potato chip made with avocado oil instead of seed oils- yum!

  8. Jackson’s Sweet Potato Chips: I love a good sweet potato chip and my pantry has these stocked- these are made with avocado oil, too and pass our test!

  9. Sunnie GF Sea Salt Crackers: Finding a cracker without seed oils is HARD! These gluten free crackers are made with avocado oil and pack a great crunch!

  10. Lesser Evil Popcorn: Popcorn with coconut oil! Gives it a little sweet kick, trust me- it’s GOOD.

(Popcorn and hard crackers and chips are a choking risk so PLEASE do not offer to babies or young toddlers and watch your littles with them! Most of the foods on this slide are appropriate for about 2 years and older with modifications.)

  1. LoveBird Cereal: Glyphosate-free, grain-free, and no refined sugar - this cereal can be enjoyed with milk or as a snack! Jenna’s favorites are cacao & cinnamon. Unsweetened flavor is safe for babies- the other flavors have honey as an ingredient so save those for 1 year or older!

  2. Nature’s Turn Freeze-Dried Fruit Snacks: Yummy freeze-dried snacks with only one ingredient! This variety pack is great for on-the-go. Freeze-dried fruits are great for a new chewer as they start to dissolve on contact with saliva!

  3. Seven Sundays Cereal: Gluten free, no added sugar- this is a great cereal for toddlers and adults! Add milk or eat dry and it’s really yummy! Recommended for experienced chewers and up.

  4. Bare Baked Apples: A wholesome snack with one ingredient? Yes, please! Jenna’s 3-year old loves these. They’re really crunchy and sweet.

  5. That’s It Crunchables: Just organic apples- crunchy! Great for toddlers and adults as a sweet snack on the go!

  6. Unreal Dark Chocolate Coconut Bars: We love these! They’re great to satisfy a sweet craving and made with 3 ingredients: organic coconut, organic cassava syrup, and dark chocolate.

  7. Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Granola: The most delicious grain-free granola, hands down. Pair it with your favorite yogurt and some banana. Jenna’s favorite is the coconut cashew!

  8. HU Chocolate: MOUTH WATERING GOOD. The Vanilla Crunch, Hazelnut Butter, Cashew Butter, and Almond Butter are my fave! They are made with organic ingredients that are allergy friendly (no soy, gluten) and have NO refined sugar or seed oils. And they actually taste GOOD.

  9. Siete Churro Strips: They’re sweet, crunchy, light and SO good. Made with avocado oil!

  10. Anna & Sarah Organic Dried Mangoes: I LOVE using these as teethers for babies as they are SUPER firm. They can really encourage self-feeding and you don’t have to worry about them biting off a chunk! As an adult, these are some of my favorite snacks, too!

  11. Mavuno Harvest Dried Fruit: A variety pack of dried fruit that’s all organic and only one ingredient- the fruit listed on the package! Great for older toddlers and adults!

  1. Solely Organic Fruit Gummies: These gummies have just two ingredients and are so delicious! No added sugar. Pop them in the fridge for a nice cool snack.

  2. Bear Fruit Snack Minis: I love the shape of these because they are flat! Great for parents introducing gummy textures for the first time. Made from all fruit!

  3. Bob Snail Fruit Stripes: These fruit stripes are made of 100% fruit and are fun to eat. I recommend for older toddlers and adults!

  4. Bear Fruit Rolls: The same ingredients as the Minis, just in a fun fruit roll up style! They come with a cool collectible card that your toddler will find enjoyable!

  5. CHUM Fruit Bites: These fruit bites are also nice and flat and a great squishy texture. 100% fruit as the ingredients, these are great to have on hand for a sweet treat.

  6. Solely Fruit Jerky: These fruit leathers are fun! Made with fruit and real ingredients they are a yummy snack. I recommend for older toddlers and adults!

  1. Chomps Beef Sticks: 100% grassfed beef in a collagen casing- these are Jordyn’s favorite mid-day snack! Remove the “skin” and the texture is even soft enough for an older baby/toddler.

  2. Once Again Peanut Butter: Peanut butter that is just peanuts. Very hard to find, but we found it!

  3. Archer Grass-Fed Beef Sticks: Another grass-fed beef stick that we love! The miniature size is great for toddlers (you can cut up the beef stick into half circles and supervise!)

  4. Artisana Organics Raw Cashew Butter: Jenna’s favorite cashew butter - it’s made with one ingredient: organic raw cashews. It’s thick, creamy, and delicious to spread on an apple, some dark chocolate, or eat by the spoon!

  5. Artisana Organics Raw Almond Butter: Another nut butter with one ingredient that’s creamy and delicious!

  6. Nichols Farms Organic Pistachios: Pistachios are often forgotten about, but they pack a good nutrient punch and offer a good dose of protein! For children over 3 and adults!

  7. Paleovalley Beef Sticks: Another great beef stick variety for older toddlers and parents. Beef sticks can offer a great dose of protein on-the-go! Made by a small business, too!

  8. Mission Meats Kids Beef Sticks: This small business makes grass-fed beef sticks for kids with mild seasoning!

  9. Snack Mates Jerky Sticks: A chicken stick perfect for snacking - these pack 7g of protein and can be taken anywhere.

  1. Siete Mexican Shortbread Cookies: Bite-sized cookies with a little crunch, these have a great cinnamon taste! Siete is also a small business, so worth supporting!

  2. HU Snickerdoodle Cookies: Free of all major allergens and delicious, Hu brand keeps nutrition in mind. These have no cane sugar too, so toddler approved! If you like a little spice in your cookie- this one hits!

  3. Simple Mills Chocolate Sweet Thins: Made from seed and nuts, Simple Mills Sweet Thins are delicious without any unwanted fillers- your chocolate craving will be satisfied!

  4. Emmy’s Organics Cookies: Soft and a little crumbly, Emmy’s cookies are so yummy! You only need to eat 1-2 since they are dense! The variety pack is sweetened with organic coconut or agave syrup. Note: The Chocolate Chip flavor has organic cane sugar in the chocolate chips, but that is the only flavor that has a hint of added sugar!

  5. Siete Mexican Chocolate Cookies: Another great flavor of Siete cookies that melt in your mouth. Delicious without seed oils and no refined sugar.
