Her main availability for consultations are evenings during the week, as well as Mondays and weekends.

A consultation includes:

  • Completion of an intake form which provides EPS team member, Olivia, with a comprehensive birth and milestone history, daily schedule, areas of concern and specific questions you’d like answered

  • Submission of video footage prior to the consultation (e.g., videos of you playing with your child, videos of baby participating in daily routines)

  • A 1-hour virtual video consultation with the EPS speech-language pathologist, Olivia.

  • Receipt of written recommendations for how to help your child at home post-consultation

The best part is that you don’t have to wait! Once you purchase, Olivia will reach out via email within 2 business days to schedule. Most consultations are scheduled within 2 weeks of purchasing.

Directly after purchasing, you will receive an email containing an intake form for completion. Olivia will reach out to you via email within 2 business days from the time of purchase. At that time, a date and time will be scheduled for the virtual consultation. You can send video footage of your child via email prior to the consultation. This is especially helpful, as the expert can then give you specific advice and better understand your concerns! Once the virtual consultation has ended, the expert will send you written recommendations for implementation at home within 2 business days.
