All the Ways to Play:

  1. Silicone Rainbow Blocks:

Blocks that grow with your little one. They act as great teethers for you 6+ month old, and are the perfect size for practicing grabbing an object with 2 hands. Transition to practice building, matching, and color identification as your little one gets older.
Functional Language: stack, colors, block, up, on top, crash

  2. Fisher Price Baby’s First Stacking Blocks:

There are endless ways to play with this toy! Putting in/taking out, stacking, shape sorting, color & shape identification - this toy will provide many developmental play opportunities from 6 months through 3+ years
Functional Language: in, out, shapes, colors, stack, up, crash

  3. Melissa & Doug Block Cart:

Practice motor control as your little one stacks these wooden blocks as high as they can to make a tall tower. Motivate them to build by having a great time knocking the tower down each time. As they get older, use the sides to work on color and letter identification.
Functional Language: stack, up, block, crash

  4. Melissa & Doug Wooden Building Blocks:

These wooden blocks are great for practicing stacking and building. Making tall towers is a great way to work on increasing motor control as your little one has to work hard to GENTLY place each block on the tower. This classic set will grow with your little one, too!
Functional Language: stack, block, tower, build, on top, shapes, arch

  5. Press & Stay Sensory Blocks:

These blocks are great because as your little one starts banging one block on top of another block, they will actually catch each other to complete the stack. Your little one will be encouraged to keep banging blocks on top of the tower to make it taller.
Functional Language: bang, stack, up, down, crash, block, more

  6. Foam Blocks Set:

These black are great because they are easy to stack and build. Take some foam blocks to the bathtub or use with your sensory water table -  a little bit of water helps the blocks stick together to increase success with stacking!
Functional Language: stack, together, apart, up, down, crash, build, more, colors

  7. Magnetic Blocks:

Build, stack, and create with these magnetic building blocks. Younger toddlers (2.5-3 years) will like these blocks because their success rate for stacking and building is high because of the magnetic pull. Your older toddler/preschooler will love all of the different structures and scenes they can build with these blocks!
Functional Language: build, blocks, stack, tower, colors, on top

  8. Soft Building Blocks:

  10. Jumbo Cardboard Blocks:
